About Me
My name is Sacha.
I have 15 years of experience as a Massage Therapist.I have worked with many elite athletes and sports teams throughout my career including AIS (Australian Institute of Sport), Canberra Raiders (Rugby League) and Canberra Brumbies (Rugby Union).I provide thorough and targeted body work therapy. I specialise in treating common problems associated with computer work and blue collar jobs such as - lower back/pelvis, upper back/shoulders/neck - and providing maintenance and support for high volumes of physical activity.I utilise many physical therapy techniques including myofascial release, cupping and dry needling.I am a registered therapist with Massage and Myotherapy Australia and have a hicaps terminal for processing private health rebates on the spot.
